Welcome to La Chanterelle, our home in the Alps!

We hope you had a good journey and just ask all guests to go through the apartment and report any problems within the first 24 hours. I can be reached at karenadenney@gmail.com or 0044 7736853106. 

 We do have some house keeping rules and ask you to respect the apartment as you would your own home.

- No smoking in the apartment 

- No outdoor shoes in the apartment

- Please remove ski boots downstairs. There is a boot cupboard on the landing, Marked DENNEY 

- Please leave skis and snowboards in the ski locker downstairs marked DENNEY. Locker key is on the key ring

- Please turn down the radiators with thermostats fitted, rather than opening the windows if the apartment is too warm. Do not leave the windows open when you leave the apartment.

- Please respect our neighbours and limit noise between the hours of 22.00 and 08.00 

- When showering please turn on fans in the bathroom and shower room. The switch for fans is next to light switch. 

-Please lock the front door at all times and we advise that you leave the keys in the lockbox when you go out. Lost keys will result in a charge of 200€.

Please note that the departure time is at 10am on the designated date of departure. Before you leave, we ask that you –

• Empty the fridge and dispose of perishable items.
• Empty and clean the coffee machine and milk frother if you have used it
• Empty the ashtray on the balcony if you have used it.
• Take all bin bags, including bathroom bin bags to the nearest refuse and recycling point which is just next to the apartment, by the motorhome park. You will be charged for any refuse left in the apartment.
• Run the dishwasher and empty if you have time.
• Close all windows and lock all doors.
• Place the keys back inside the lockbox on the gate post, ensuring it is locked.
